Oracle Cloud/HCM Payroll Consultant

Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll UK Legislation - 27 LPA Max (including 9% var.) - Hyd/Blore/Pune - 6 years - The candidate must have strong expertise and hands-on experience in Oracle cloud Payroll module along with Global HR and Absence management modules - Must have in-depth knowledge of UK legislation and related processes, create good solutions for business users, fix any issues reported and support clients for completing the payroll flows, UK legislative processes, post payroll flows and third party reports - Strong in configurations and calculations of payroll objects and support clients in processing weekly payroll and monthly payroll - Must have strong expertise in UK statutory absence process and absence configurations, configuration of payroll calculations for paying the statutory absences and complex non-statutory absences - Strong Experience in creating and debugging payroll Fast formulas and absence Fast formulas in Oracle cloud - Must have experience with analyzing Oracle release notes, test important features and communicate useful features to business teams across clients - Create simple reports and HDL files for fixing issues in payroll and absences - Strong written and verbal communication skills along with client facing experience, may involve short travel to onsite to interact with client - Good to have experience with redwood pages and personalization experience - Good to have Oracle Visual Builder experience - Good to have experience in Benefits and compensation module - Eager to take up tasks for fixing the issues coming from regular support and enhancement tasks\requests from one or more clients - Identify areas of business process in client systems and take it forward for automation, adding value to clients - Personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing - Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
