Business Analyst

Role Description : As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing business processes, and supporting project implementation in the banking domain. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Elicit and document business requirements through effective requirement analysis and stakeholder engagement. - Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and approach documents. - Create prototypes, wireframes, and process flows to visualize requirements and facilitate discussions. - Finalize the scope of applications in collaboration with stakeholders. - Provide knowledge transfer (KT) to development and testing teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. - Assist the project manager in effort estimation for project planning. - Conduct functional reviews and support user acceptance testing (UAT). - Deliver product demonstrations to stakeholders, showcasing key functionalities and benefits. Required Skills : - Strong expertise in requirement analysis and business process design. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). - Proficient in preparing documentation and facilitating discussions. Experience : - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an IT company focused on the banking domain, particularly in remittances. - CBAP- certification is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
