Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and enhancements focused on Predictive Intelligence. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and configure predictive models and algorithms within the ServiceNow platform. - Monitor and optimize predictive performance to ensure effective outcomes. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for predictive intelligence solutions. - Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and emerging trends in predictive analytics. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices. - Document technical processes and create user manuals for predictive solutions. Qualifications : - 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Predictive Intelligence. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules, especially in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM(SPM). - Experience in designing and implementing predictive models using Machine Learning techniques. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting. - Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
