Job Description

A career as a Senior Advisor in Commercial Banking Transformation means actively contributing to a successful transformation of the National Bank's Commercial banking by playing a leading role in several projects that have a significant impact on the profitability and operational efficiency of a large company. It involves managing and delivering large-scale projects in a dynamic and agile delivery environment that will have a direct and positive impact on the customer and employee experience. Your Job Assume the role of project leader and ensure value delivery. Identify the needs of different sectors based on your mandates and identify opportunities to improve the customer and employee experience. Align and mobilize project teams composed of multidisciplinary experts from different sectors. Manage priorities, the distribution of initiatives, and the sequencing of the product backlog associated with project and value delivery. Manage executive stakeholders in several business lines of the Bank to ensure that needs are well identified and prioritized. Ensure effective change management during the delivery of initiatives. Define, explain, and communicate business objectives and changes to all involved parties. Your Team Within the Commercial Banking and Private Management 1859 sector, you report to the Manager, Design and Delivery, Business Processes, and you are part of a dynamic team whose mission is to accelerate the transformation of Commercial Banking by working with colleagues from various partner sectors. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience OR university certificate/undergraduate diploma from the National Bank's university program and 7 to 9 years of relevant experience. Extensive experience in project management and project governance. Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex situations. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence, strong leadership skills, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure. Mastery of workshop facilitation, ideation techniques, or Design Thinking, an asset. PMP certification: Agile/Scrum training, Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master, Lean or Six Sigma, an asset Knowledge of the market, transactional products and services, and Commercial loans, an asset .
