Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office) Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or 30 Days (Serving Notice) Job Description : Mandatory Skills : Oracle SCM Expertise : - Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management) solutions, including Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle Cloud SCM. - Proven track record of successful implementations, rollouts, and ongoing support of Oracle SCM systems. - Strong functional knowledge of key modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Supplier Portal, Supplier Life Cycle Management, Costing, Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Data Migration. Functional Expertise : - In-depth knowledge of business processes related to supply chain management, including demand planning, inventory optimization, procurement, production planning, distribution, and logistics. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure Oracle SCM to meet client needs. - Experience with data migration and integration of Oracle SCM with other enterprise systems. - Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Platform. - Familiarity with Oracle's configuration tools and customization techniques. - Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Additional Qualifications : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with Agile methodologies (e., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus. Responsibilities : - Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle SCM implementations. - Design and configure Oracle SCM modules to meet client needs. - Develop and test functional specifications. - Assist with data migration and integration activities. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle SCM. - Contribute to ongoing maintenance and enhancements of Oracle SCM systems (ref:hirist.tech)
