ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/HRSD Modules

Job Responsibilities : - Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules to align with business processes. - Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to design effective solutions. - Customize and develop workflows, forms, and reports to enhance the ServiceNow platform. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise. - Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration between ITSM and HRSD functionalities. - Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for processes and procedures. - Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to recommend enhancements. - Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and implementations. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically in ITSM and HRSD. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and HR Service Delivery best practices. - Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and workflows. - Experience with ServiceNow integration tools (REST, SOAP) and data import/export. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications : - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist. - Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (i.e. , ITOM, CSM) is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Knowledge of HR processes and systems (ref:hirist.tech)
