Senior Data Analyst - Tableau/Power BI

Responsibilities : - Translate business requirements into actionable insights for product and business teams. - Conduct in-depth data analysis and reporting to uncover trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive strategic decision-making. - Support the development and implementation of new features and functionalities by providing data-driven recommendations and validating their impact post-launch. - Design and optimize dashboards and reports to effectively communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders at all levels. - Lead ad-hoc data exploration and advanced analytics projects to address complex business questions and uncover hidden insights. - Implement and enforce data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all analyses. - Mentor junior analysts, fostering their growth in analytical skills and business acumen. - Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce analytics to continuously enhance analytical capabilities and business impact. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on eCommerce or a similar industry. - Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and other relevant data analysis tools. - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
