Zensar Technologies - iAM Project Manager

Responsibilities : - Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Manage Agile scrum processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. - Track and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. - Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders. - Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties within IAM projects. - Define project responsibilities and roles for stakeholders. - Participate in decision-making regarding budget and staff allocation. - Create and maintain dashboards using enterprise tools to track project performance and key metrics. - Conduct project reviews and cost estimations. - Plan, track, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 4-9 years of experience in IAM project management. - Proven experience managing Agile scrum teams and processes. - Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with IAM tools and technologies (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, IAM platforms). - Certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM) is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
