Hero FinCorp - Power BI Lead Engineer - Dashboards & Reports

Key Responsibilities : - Good Hands on with Dashboards & Reports Creation in Power BI. - Skilled in Data visualization through various Power BI report components. - Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop. - Knowledge on connecting to multiple data sources through Power BI is required. - Experience in publishing and sharing the dashboards, scheduling data refreshes. - Should have handled complexity around visualization and/or data. - Should have an edge over making DAX queries in Power BI desktop. - Strong understanding of Power BI user and group security configuration. - Understand fundamentals of data preparation necessary for the visualization purpose. - Capture reporting requirements from various stakeholders. - Understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner. - Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of reports/dashboards. - Should have strong SQL skills, preferably over SQL Server,Python, - Strong Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts. - Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents Other Responsibilities (If Any) : - Availability during month-end Deck generation, may be sometime during week-end/holidays. Eligibility Criteria for the Job : Education : B.E/B.Tech in any specialization, BCA, M.Tech in any specialization, MCA Age : No Bar Work Experience : - 3 years of experience in data visualization on reporting platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, Qliksense - Exposure with working on BFSI domain / big data warehouse project Exposure to manage multiple source of the information, both structured / unstructured data - Should have exposure on Managing environment having real time dashboard, data mart requirement.
