Image Processing Engineer - Deep Learning & Computer Vision

Job Description : Image Processing Engineer We are seeking a talented and motivated Image Processing Engineer with a strong background in deep learning and traditional image processing- algorithms for real-world applications. You will work on cutting-edge projects in image recognition, object detection, tracking and other visual AI tasks. Key Responsibilities : - Analysing the requirements from the top level and breaking up the problem into algorithms, and hence choosing the right solution by using traditional or deep learning methods. - Designing and realizing identified algorithms. - Fine-tune and optimize deep learning models (e.g, CNNs, YOLO, Mask-RCNN) for performance and efficiency in production environments. - Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to deploy models in real-world applications. - Research and integrate new algorithms and techniques to improve model performance and robustness. - Develop custom data augmentation pipelines to improve training efficiency and accuracy. - Evaluate model performance and conduct error analysis to guide further improvements. - Stay up to date with the latest developments in computer vision and deep learning. Qualifications : Educational Background : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Experience : 4 years of hands-on experience in deep learning and computer vision. Essential Qualifications : - Proficient in C/C++. - Proficiency in traditional image processing algorithms. - Deep learning frameworks and solid experience with object detection models (e.g, YOLO), and face recognition models. - Proven experience in training and deploying computer vision models at scale. - Familiarity with OpenCV. Desirable Qualifications : - Working experience on algorithms for Surveillance Cameras - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deploying models in production. - Knowledge of edge AI technologies and hardware accelerators. - Ability to optimize models for resource-constrained environments.
