SAP Quality Management Consultant - S/4 HANA Module

Job Title : SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant Experience : 4-5 Years Location : Hyderabad (6 Days Working) Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Job Description : We are seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant with hands-on expertise in S/4 HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of SAP QM processes and at least one full-cycle S/4 HANA implementation. Certification in SAP QM or S/4 HANA is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities : 1. SAP QM Module Implementation : - Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP QM functionalities within an S/4 HANA environment. - Customize SAP QM solutions to meet business requirements, including quality inspection plans, results recording, and defect handling. 2. Business Process Analysis : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to quality processes. - Provide recommendations to optimize and enhance QM functionalities, aligning them with industry best practices. 3. Configuration & Customization : - Configure QM modules, including inspection planning, quality notifications, quality certificates, and quality control. - Develop custom solutions where required to meet unique business needs. 4. Integration with Other SAP Modules : - Ensure seamless integration of QM with other SAP modules like PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales & Distribution). - Facilitate data flow and dependency mapping between modules. 5. Testing & Validation : - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for QM processes. - Resolve issues and defects identified during testing phases. 6. Documentation & Training : - Create detailed documentation for configuration, customizations, and user training. - Train end-users and support teams to effectively utilize SAP QM functionalities. 7. Support & Troubleshooting : - Provide post-go-live support to address issues and optimize QM processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve system-related queries and defects in a timely manner. Required Skills & Qualifications : SAP QM Expertise : - Strong knowledge of SAP QM functionalities, including inspection lots, quality notifications, sampling procedures, and results recording. S/4 HANA Implementation : - Hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation project. - Familiarity with S/4 HANA-specific QM enhancements and capabilities. Integration Knowledge : - Understanding of how QM integrates with PP, MM, SD, and other SAP modules. Technical Proficiency : - Ability to debug and analyze ABAP code for issue resolution (basic knowledge is sufficient). Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have : - SAP QM or S/4 HANA certification. - Experience in GxP or ISO-compliant environments. - Exposure to SAP Fiori apps related to Quality Management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : - Successful completion of SAP QM implementation tasks within defined timelines. - Effective resolution of issues during post-go-live support. - User adoption and satisfaction scores for QM functionalities. - Quality and accuracy of documentation and training materials.
