Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Lead Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Appian development and a strong track record of leading teams or projects. As a certified Appian Lead Developer, you will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and Design : Build and optimize applications using Appian SAIL, process models, and integration frameworks. - Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables. - Problem-Solving : Address complex technical challenges with innovative solutions. - Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Quality Assurance : Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards. - Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on Appian capabilities and emerging technologies to propose enhancements. Qualifications : Experience : - 6 years of hands-on experience in Appian development. - 2 years in a senior developer or leadership role. Technical Skills : - Expertise in Appian SAIL, process models, and system integrations. - Familiarity with APIs, web services, and database technologies is a plus.
