About the Role : We are looking for a skilled Analytics Manager to lead, build, and mentor our analytics team, driving high-quality, impactful insights that fuel our business and product initiatives. As the Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that data-driven decisions are accurate, timely, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, technical acumen, and an in-depth understanding of the business to guide the team toward achieving measurable outcomes that advance our products and support business growth. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, - Business, or a related field. - 7 years of experience in analytics or data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Proven track record of building and managing a high-performing analytics team, with a focus on driving impact through data. - Strong technical skills in analytics and data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) and experience with data warehousing solutions. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Solid business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to understand the strategic needs of product and business teams. - Highly organized, with a knack for prioritizing and managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
