Software Engineer - MDM Implementation

Job Title : MDM Developer : Job Location : Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Job Description : As an MDM Developer at Torry Harris, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Master Data Management strategies, ensuring data consistency, and optimizing data quality to support the company's integration projects. You will work collaboratively with the MDM team, understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing MDM frameworks that bring value to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities : Responsibilities : - Develop and implement MDM strategies : Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design and implement MDM strategies aligned with business objectives. - Design data models : Analyze business requirements and map them into appropriate data models, ensuring efficient data integration, accessibility, and scalability. - MDM implementation : Configure, customize, test, and deploy MDM solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies. - Data integration : Facilitate seamless data integration between various systems (both internal and external), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the enterprise. - Data quality assurance : Define and enforce data quality standards, perform data profiling, cleansing, and apply transformation rules to maintain high-quality master data. - Identify and resolve data inconsistencies : Conduct data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve data quality issues and inconsistencies. - Documentation and reporting : Document system configurations, develop technical specifications, and generate reports on data quality and performance metrics. - Collaborative teamwork : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, testers) to ensure successful MDM implementation and integration projects. Requirements : Education and Experience : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MDM Developer or in a similar role within the IT industry. - Experience working with MDM -Informatica or MDM Realtio. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in MDM workflows, data modeling, and integration techniques. - Strong understanding of data governance and data quality concepts. - Knowledge of data management and integration technologies (e., ETL, data warehousing, APIs). - Proficiency with Python, Kafka. - Understanding of web services and API integration. Soft Skills : - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
