Senior Data Scientist - Conversational AI

Job Position : Senior Data Scientist Location : Pune Must Have Skill Sets : - Machine Learning - 5 Years - POC Development - 5 Years - Artificial Intelligence - 5 Years - Subject matter expert - 5 Years - Python - 5 Years About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions for conversational AI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of generative AI, fine-tuning LLMs, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative conversational AI : - Develop and implement advanced conversational AI models, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice assistants. - Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific conversational tasks like question answering, dialogue generation, and summarization. - Integrate retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques to improve the quality and relevance of conversational responses. - Mentor and guide junior data : - 5 to 8 years of strong professional experience working on Machine Learning for PoC as well as Production with International Clients - Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. - Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and Rasa. - Deep understanding of conversational AI techniques and architectures. - Experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for specific conversational tasks. - Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with state-of-the-art conversational AI models like ChatGPT or LaMDA. - Knowledge of reinforcement learning and transfer learning. (ref:hirist.tech)
