Job Title : Data Architect Location : Pune Experience Minimum : 7 Years About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing our data systems to ensure they meet the business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the data architecture, ensuring data quality, and promoting best practices across teams. Key Responsibilities : - Design and Implement Data Architecture : Create and maintain scalable and efficient data systems to meet business requirements. - Develop Data Models and Schemas : Design logical and physical data models and databases for optimal data storage and retrieval. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and other technical teams to understand data needs and implement solutions. - Optimize Data Storage & Security : Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization of data storage solutions. - Best Practices & Governance : Provide guidance on data management, data governance, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and maintain high data quality standards. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in data architecture, data management, and database design. Technical Skills : - Proficient in SQL and experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. - Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data services. - Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, IBM Infosphere). - Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an ability to handle complex data challenges. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
