Location : [Remote] Employment Type : Full-time Experience Level : [4 years] Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Saviynt Developer to join our team, focusing on developing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Saviynt's Enterprise Identity Cloud platform and a solid understanding of security protocols and best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support IAM solutions that meet business and security requirements. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy IAM solutions using Saviynt's Enterprise Identity Cloud platform - Configure and customize Saviynt modules to meet business needs - Integrate Saviynt with various applications, databases, and directories to streamline identity management processes - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and recommend IAM solutions - Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Saviynt implementations - Develop and maintain workflows, rules, policies, and connectors within the Saviynt platform - Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and best practices - Document configurations, workflows, and operational procedures for the Saviynt platform Required Skills : Saviynt Expertise : - Hands-on experience in developing and configuring Saviynt IAM solutions Programming Skills : - Proficiency in Java, SQL, and other scripting languages (such as PowerShell or Python) for customization and automation Identity & Access Management : - Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including provisioning, authentication, SSO, RBAC, and governance Security Standards : - Familiarity with security frameworks and protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP Communication Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and business teams Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with other IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk) - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Relevant certifications (e.g., Saviynt, CISSP, or other security-related certifications) What We Offer : - Competitive salary and benefits - Opportunities for professional growth and learning - A collaborative work environment with a strong focus on security and innovation (ref:hirist.tech)
