Java Backend Developer - Spring Frameworks

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Optimize application performance and scalability. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and industry trends. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Contribute to the overall improvement of the development process. Required Skills and Experience : - 5-8 years of experience in Java development. - Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Boot), and Hibernate. - Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). - Understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Mockito). - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with Spring Cloud and Spring Data. - Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). - Understanding of security best practices (OWASP) (ref:hirist.tech)
