Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets ranging from €100,000 to multi-million euros across various campaigns.
• Balance your role between strategy and execution, with a 50:50 split between strategic planning and hands-on operational tasks.
• Oversee media buying, campaign setup, data analysis, and tracking performance to optimize results.
• Drive performance marketing through paid social channels, ensuring top-tier execution across platforms.
• Enjoy a high level of autonomy in your role—strong independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
• Proven expertise with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Facebook, or Google Ads.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills for clear and effective messaging.
