Job Description : Oasys Tech Solution is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with a strong background in Indian payroll, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS) to join our team for a prestigious project with our client. Key Responsibilities : - SAP HCM Module Implementation : Lead and manage the implementation and support of the SAP HCM module, specifically focusing on Indian payroll, ESS, and MSS. - Payroll Processing : Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Indian statutory requirements, including tax deductions, provident fund, ESI, and other payroll-related functions. - ESS and MSS Configuration : Configure and support Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) functionalities, ensuring smooth user experience and efficient processes. - Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP HCM functional requirements. - Customization and Enhancements : Design, configure, and implement custom solutions to meet the unique requirements of the client, including enhancements, workflows, and reports. - Testing and Documentation : Conduct thorough testing of SAP HCM processes, document test results, and provide comprehensive user manuals and training materials. - Troubleshooting and Support : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. - Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal team, ensuring clear communication and effective project management. Key Requirements : - Experience : Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with a strong focus on Indian payroll, ESS, and MSS. - Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP HCM module, with in-depth knowledge of payroll configuration, ESS/MSS, and statutory compliance in India. - Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of HR processes and practices in the Indian context, particularly in the public sector or similar environments. - Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Education : A degree in MBA in Human Resources, B-Tech, or a related field is preferred.
