Job Title : Google Cloud Platform (GCP) DevOps Engineer Work Location : Mysore/Bangalore/Remote Job Synopsis : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Google Cloud Platform (GCP) DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our infrastructure and operations group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our GCP-based applications and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and contribute to the optimization of our infrastructure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : 1. Scripting and Automation : Writing Python scripts for automating repetitive tasks, creating tools, and integrating different DevOps tools and services. 2. Infrastructure as Code (IAC) : Writing and maintaining scripts to automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform. 3. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) : Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions to automate the software delivery process. 4. Version Control : Using version control systems like Git to manage and track changes to code and configuration files. 5. Monitoring and Logging : Setting up monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) to monitor system health and performance. 6. Containerization : Working with containerization technologies like Docker to package and deploy applications in isolated environments. 7. Cloud Services : Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deploy and manage applications and infrastructure. 8.
