Datastage Developer - IICS

Job Description : 1. ETL Development : - Design, develop, and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using IBM DataStage. - Leverage DataStage for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various source systems. 2. IICS Integration : - Integrate DataStage workflows with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) for end-to-end data integration and management. - Collaborate with IICS developers to ensure seamless data flow across platforms. 3. Data Modeling : - Work closely with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and implement effective data models. - Implement and maintain data models within DataStage for optimal performance. 4. Quality Assurance : - Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of ETL processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in collaboration with the testing and support teams. 5. Performance Tuning : - Optimize DataStage jobs and IICS workflows for performance and efficiency. - Monitor and address performance bottlenecks in collaboration with database administrators and infrastructure teams. Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in ETL development using IBM DataStage. 3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). 4. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis. 5. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles. 6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills : 1. Certification in IBM DataStage or Informatica. 2. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 3. Experience with other ETL tools or data integration platforms. 4.
