SAP Developer - ABAP/HANA Modules

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer with extensive experience in developing and implementing SAP solutions using ABAP, Web Dynpro, and SAP HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP OData modeling, CDS Views, and OO ABAP development, with the ability to work in a complex, dynamic environment. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to SAP best practices. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement custom SAP solutions using ABAP and Web Dynpro with SAP HANA to meet business needs. - Develop OData models using SAP Gateway Service Builder and CDS Views for seamless integration and data services. - Utilize OO ABAP in complex environments for efficient and optimized development solutions. - Develop HANA Procedures and Calculation Views to support business logic and reporting requirements. - Use ABAP Development Tools within an Eclipse environment for streamlined coding and debugging. - Leverage Chrome/Edge debuggers to troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance. - Compile and maintain comprehensive Technical Specification Documents for developed solutions to ensure accuracy and traceability. - Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support to ensure smooth implementation of SAP solutions. - Stay updated with SAP technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve development practices. Required Skills and Experience : - 4-6 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing custom SAP solutions using ABAP and Web Dynpro with SAP HANA. - 4-6 years of experience developing SAP OData Models and CDS Views. - 3-6 years of experience with OO ABAP in complex environments. - 2-3 years of experience developing HANA Procedures and Calculation Views. - 2-3 years of experience working with ABAP Development Tools in an Eclipse environment. - 2-3 years of experience using Chrome/Edge debuggers for troubleshooting. - Strong experience compiling Technical Specification Documents for SAP solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Knowledge of SAP Workflow is an added advantage. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - SAP certification in ABAP or HANA is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
