Job Description : Senior Cloud and DevOps Engineer. Location : Hyderabad. Experience : 8-14 years. Note : Working experience with Microsoft client projects is mandatory. Role Overview : We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in the tech industry, including 5 years specifically working with Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive Azure and cloud skills, as well as strong expertise in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and development and support functions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working with top-tier IT consulting firms such as Infosys, HCL, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Sonata, UST, Cognizant, etc. Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes. - Monitor and manage system performance, availability, and reliability using SRE principles. - Collaborate with development and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Provide expertise in DevOps practices and ensure efficient software delivery and operations. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. - Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for cloud and DevOps technologies. Qualifications : - Over 8 years of overall experience in the IT industry. - 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure. - Proven experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure. - Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to work in development and support roles. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Previous experience with major IT consulting firms. Preferred Skills : - Certifications in Microsoft Azure and/or other cloud platforms. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of scripting languages (e., PowerShell, Python).
