DevOps Engineer - Build & Release

Qualification & Experience : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent) - 6-14 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer Mandatory Skills : - Extensive experience in design and implement DevOps practices for version control, compliance, infrastructure as code, configuration management, build, release & testing - Experience in working with IaaS and PaaS systems (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services etc.) - Strong DevSecOps Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment - Knowledge on Version control systems like GIT/GitHub/GitLab/Azure Git. - Experience on Microservices Architecture and API Management would be good - Experience in container-based technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes - Good knowledge on at least one scripting language: YAML, Python, Bash, PowerShell - Design and implement strategies for application code and infrastructure that allows for continuous integration, continuous testing, continuous delivery, and continuous monitoring and feedback. - Implement Continuous Integration by managing code quality, security policy, Unit testing checkpoints in the pipelines - Implement Continuous Deployment of application by building the infrastructure using Infrastructure as a Code, secure application deployments and configuration management tools - Implement containerized application deployments - Proactively look at ways to improve security, scalability and product availability Optional : - Good to have knowledge on monitoring services like Prometheus/Dynatrace/Grafana/Splunk (ref:hirist.tech)
