Job Title : Data Operations and Enhancements Experience : 4-6 Years Location: Gurgaon Must have : IICS, Databricks, Python and SQL Notice Period : Looking for Immediate Joiners Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Expert with expertise in Databricks, SQL, Python, and IICS to manage and enhance our data management and reporting project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running operations independently, performing ad-hoc analyses, and implementing enhancements to ensure optimal data handling and reporting. Strong communication skills are essential for direct collaboration with our US-based clients. Experience in healthcare data, particularly around claims, is a significant plus. Key Responsibilities : - Manage and execute data operations using Databricks, SQL, Python, and IICS. - Perform ad-hoc analyses and data enhancements to meet project requirements. - Collaborate directly with US clients to understand their data needs and provide effective solutions. - Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows for efficient data processing. - Analyze healthcare claims data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the management process. - Document processes and maintain clear communication with team members and : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. - Proven experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, and IICS. - Strong understanding of data management principles and practices. - Experience with healthcare data, particularly claims, is highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
