Technical Campaign Specialist - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Job Description : We're searching for a Technical Campaign Specialist to lead sophisticated digital messaging (email, push, SMS) programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-quality service that is on-time and exceeds client expectations. This individual will display masterful skills in campaign management methodologies from complex email build approaches to advanced segmentation with multiple data sets, This role is expected to be acting as the intersection point bringing these requirements together to deliver highly personalized and impactful campaigns. If so, this is a great role for you About you : - A positive, results-minded teammate who works cross-functionally to deliver outstanding email campaigns - A detailed problem-solver ready and willing to look into any issues that arise when something isn't working as we expect or need it to - A highly organized professional, who thrives in a fast-paced environment - An adaptable team player who can respond and deliver tasks with flexibility that meets the client's needs - An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and time management skills, who strives for a high level of responsiveness to clients and teams What you'll do : - Support campaign management execution with a high focus on sophisticated campaign workflows within SFMC - Build complex emails with AMPscript to integrate different data sources for personalized and dynamic campaigns - Lead requirements gathering and solution validation for new campaigns and project implementations - Ensure campaigns are built and deployed in most efficient approach and align with scalable SFMC platform solutions and maintain documentation to support these initiatives - Conduct thorough quality assurance checks and build test data to streamline other quality testing efforts of the team - Provide custom data extracts using SQL to pull and combine the vital information Act as the subject matter expert in reference to HTML, SQL and AMPscript in order to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing across the team - Maintain daily interaction with campaign leads, provide status of campaigns, and assist in updating the program calendar and ticketing system - Contribute ideas and feedback for process improvement What you'll need : - Proven experience delivering 1:1 email campaigns and using email automation platforms preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Ability to write code using several different languages such as HTML/CSS, SQL, JavaScript, AMPscript - Experience working with and implementing integrations including API - An understanding of cross-cloud Salesforce solutions - Either SFMC Consultant or Developer certification Benefits : We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical Insurance, PF, Gratuity, paid holidays, and more.
