Project Manager - Agile Methodology

Salary : 20 to 30 LPA The Project Manager will oversee the development of a baby monitoring app and its integration with camera systems, ensuring seamless operation through AWS IoT Core and AWS KVS. This role requires exceptional project management and governance skills, the ability to define and follow SLAs, and proficiency in writing Statements of Work (SoW). The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into detailed use cases, user stories, and a comprehensive product backlog. This person will also manage the project team, schedule activities, monitor progress, and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities : Project Management : - Lead the development and integration of the baby monitoring app and camera system. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle using Agile methodology, acting as both Product Owner and Scrum Master. - Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Project Governance : - Implement and oversee project governance frameworks to ensure consistent project execution. - Define and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle. - Write and manage Statements of Work (SoW) and other project documentation. Business Requirements and Documentation : - Understand and document business requirements, translating them into detailed use cases and user stories. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive product backlog. - Regularly update documentation to reflect project progress and changes.
