Senior Engineering Manager - Product Development

Responsibilities : - Define and execute the overall product roadmap, aligning with business goals. - Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team. - Oversee software architecture, infrastructure, and product development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success and Sales) to deliver scalable solutions. - Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the platform. - Make strategic decisions about tech stack, tools, and integrations. - Stay ahead of tech trends and drive : - 7years of experience in software development and architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong background in SaaS product development and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Proven experience managing end-to-end product development. - Knowledge of security, scalability, and performance best practices. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Hands-on experience with Angular, React, React Native, Spring Boot, MySQL (ref:hirist.tech)
