ServiceNow Architect - ITIL Frameworks

Job Summary : - We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. - The ideal candidate will provide architectural guidance, lead the technical delivery, and collaborate with business stakeholders to align the platform with enterprise goals. Key Responsibilities : - Architect and Design Solutions: Lead the design of scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions based on business needs. - Platform Management: Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and HRSD. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units and IT teams to align platform capabilities with enterprise strategy. - Governance and Standards: Define platform architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes. - Technical Leadership: Guide development teams on integrations, customizations, workflows, and system upgrades. - Pre-sales and Client Engagement: Participate in pre-sales discussions, RFPs, and client advisory sessions, presenting technical solutions. Integration Design : - Architect integrations with third-party tools, including APIs, web services, and data connectors. - Troubleshooting and Optimization: Monitor and resolve platform performance issues and recommend optimization strategies. Required Skills and Experience : - 8 years of experience in IT with a focus on ServiceNow platform implementation and architecture. - 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD). - Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, and automation. - Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party tool integrations. - Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations. - Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects. - Experience in cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS platforms is a plus. - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CTA) are highly preferred. - Strong communication and client-facing skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working in Agile environments. - Familiarity with ITIL and DevOps frameworks. - Knowledge of governance models for multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
