Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant Location : Pune Experience : 5-8 Years Qualification : Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or equivalent, or a blend of relevant education and experience Notice Period : Immediate Joiners / Currently Serving Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant to support and enhance our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in D365 implementations, support processes, and a passion for driving organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : 1. Comprehensive Support : - Provide Level 1 to Level 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) applications, ensuring timely issue resolution for end users. 2. Vendor Collaboration : - Act as a liaison between internal teams and external system vendors to streamline communication and facilitate issue resolution. 3. Change Management & Optimization : - Participate in change management initiatives, assisting in organizational improvements to maximize the benefits of IT systems. 4. Consulting & Strategy : - Work with teams to identify challenges and recommend changes that drive increased operational efficiency and IT infrastructure improvements. 5. Process Documentation : - Develop and maintain documentation for new processes and system implementations, ensuring knowledge sharing across teams. 6. IT Operations : - Support IT operations, maintenance, and administration as needed, ensuring seamless IT service delivery. Key Skills : - Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation and support. - Experience providing end-to-end support (Level 1 to 3) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics F&O applications. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize systems and resolve issues effectively.
