Business Analyst

Key responsibilities : - To Coordinate with clients on a regular basis - To solve client's queries for better business development - Collect client's data, analyze and suggest best solutions with experts. - To prepare and present reports on final output. - To perform Process mining and help businesses in process standardization - Identify the training needs and arrange for Talent upgrade. - Participate in client strategic planning. - To ensure that all the queries are answered quickly with the help of experts (ERP and Non-ERP) - To ensure that the entire scope of work gets done within due timelines. - To implement the modules and programs of the required strategies along with the help of the team in the panel. Skills required : - Minimum 4 to 7 years of Business consulting or Business Analyst. - Knowledge of Process Mining and Process standardisation - ERP (SAP) Knowledge is highly desirable. - Project Management; Program Management; Managing accounts across industries; end-to-end delivery of projects. - Skilled in the evaluation of current state analysis, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing/ prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. - Expertise in problem resolution coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Builds strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and should be able to convince/negotiate in case of conflicts. - Responsible for recommending solutions considering the scope of client requirements. - Should demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent communication skills, including strong oral and written communication capabilities. - Excellent client-facing skills along with prior demonstrated experience in leading teams at various stages - Must be able to work with limited direction and should be self-drive. - Exp in Controlling area implementation project experience - Exp in S4 HANA - Knowledge of asset accounting - Knowledge on Integration with material management (ref:hirist.tech)
