SharePoint Administrator

Job Description : - Support SharePoint environment as a SharePoint Administrator and its SharePoint sites, Power platform, and related applications. - Support and help roll out MS Teams/SharePoint apps as per business requirements. - Working with business users to support project-related activities such as site creation, and assigning permissions, simple SharePoint power automates creation/modification. Applicable for PowerApps and Power BI as well: - Service Request- Doing minor enhancements reported by the client or found during RCA of the bug fixes, to stabilize the platform and improve its performance. - Ensure all access requests/tickets are authorized or verified by site/App owners. - Ensure that all the issues (Incidents/Requests) that would have been reported to users/clients are resolved before breaching SLA. - Ensure that all the redeveloped functionalities and automation are working as expected. - Production support is intended to mean the ongoing consulting services required to keep the Application operational and satisfactorily performing all intended functionality to the end users of this system. - Process improvement for the betterment of the overall environment/Platform/User experience. - Implement change requests (change to code or configuration, or modification of system functionality) as per the business requirements and follow the change request process. Monthly service review meeting to review SLA, Assyst Ticket, Open issues, track project progress, and changes & MS calendar for upgrades. - Manage and build MS roadmaps /calendar for their side upgrade, and DR/BCP Testing. Mandatory Skills : - SharePoint Online - OOTB and Support - Custom development with SPFx - Power Apps and Power Automate - Migration using tools like Sharegate and Metalogix Nice to have skills : - Nintex workflows and Forms - Power BI - SharePoint 2013 and 2016 on prem - SharePoint development like custom workflow actions and web part using visual studio (ref:hirist.tech)
