Global Delivery Manager - Oracle Financials Module

Job Description : Key Skills required for success in this role are : - 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in project and program management. - Relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Financials or other ERP is preferable but not mandatory. - Demonstrable experience in supporting and implementing projects with multiple vendors, ability to take responsibility and work with multi countries, functional owners. - An extensive track record performing effectively under pressure and working across multiple clients/countries and product areas (ERP's). - Ability to successfully manage internal and external expectations around resolution timeframes and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. - Possesses a Continual Service Improvement mindset and strong critical thinking abilities. - Strong people management skills and ability to build relationships throughout the business at all levels as well as externally. -Analyzing third-party processes as well as internal processes and creating strategies for process delivery optimization. - Ability to create and manage RACI, conflicts and workplan. - Experience managing team spared across multi geography and supporting multi countries. - Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials technology, financial processes and understanding of resource and timeline management. - Proficiency in project management software tools. - Master in Microsoft Excel Formula, Pivot Table and able to perform trending analyst based on raw data. - Influence Remote Service strategy and plans to benefit all stakeholders. - Utilizes satisfaction feedback, to drive service improvement activity. - Working effectively across organizational boundaries. - Ability to coordinate a work team and determine and coordinate training for specific tasks or assignments. - Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery. - Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively both verbally and in writing. - Schedule and lead meetings in collaboration with implementation partners, track leads and local country Finance colleagues. - Drive open and ongoing communication throughout the European countries and organization on technology implementation. - Drive compliance of application(s) for multiple countries and application stack, plan retirement of applications - Manage overall budget, indirectly manage county IT resources and commit to delivery.
