Senior Data Architect - ETL/Data Warehousing

Job Title : Senior Data Architect Location : Bangalore Experience : 12 years Notice Period : Immediate We are seeking a Senior Data Architect with 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in data architecture and modeling within the Consumer or Healthcare Goods industries. This role offers the opportunity to lead and design comprehensive data architecture solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance while aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement data architecture strategies for large-scale consumer/healthcare goods projects. - Develop data models and data integration workflows to support enterprise data management systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute end-to-end data solutions. - Ensure data quality, security, and governance policies are enforced across data architectures. - Optimize database structures and queries for performance and scalability. - Lead the adoption of modern data tools, frameworks, and technologies. - Provide architectural guidance during data migrations, upgrades, and transformations. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. - Mentor and lead junior team members to elevate data practices across the organization. Must-Have Skills : - 5 years of hands-on experience in data architecture and data modeling in the Consumer or Healthcare Goods industries. - Expertise in data integration tools, ETL processes, and data warehouse solutions. - Proficient in SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and security policies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance data systems. - Hands-on experience with data lakes, data pipelines, and data analytics platforms. - Excellent understanding of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, etc. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working in Agile development environments. - Familiarity with machine learning and AI data processing frameworks. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards in the Healthcare Goods sector.
