Data Architect - ETL

Job Title : Data Architect Location : Bangalore Experience : 8 years Notice Period : Immediate We are looking for a Data Architect with 8 years of overall experience and a minimum of 5 years of expertise in Data & Analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who can design and implement robust data architecture solutions to support data-driven decision-making, driving transformation within the organization. Key Responsibilities : - Architect and design end-to-end data solutions that align with business goals. - Lead the development of data models, data warehouses, and data integration strategies. - Ensure optimal data quality, data governance, and security practices across all platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable data architectures for analytics and reporting needs. - Analyze and improve data processes to optimize performance, scalability, and data flow efficiency. - Drive innovation by adopting new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance data processing. - Provide technical leadership on data-related projects and mentor junior team Skills : - 5 years of experience working on Data & Analytics initiatives. - Strong expertise in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes. - Proficient in SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Hands-on experience with data warehousing and data lake architectures. - Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance requirements. - Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. - Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and advanced analytics tools. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and data-driven environments. - Experience in industries such as Consumer Goods, Healthcare, or Financial Services. Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. - Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Proven leadership skills to guide project teams and ensure successful delivery.
