Job description : Salary : 8 to 14 LPA Role : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Experience : Minimum 2 years Location : Noida Core Responsibilities : 1) Hands-on implementation expertise in absence management. 2) Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle fusion HCM implementation experience. 3) Capable of understanding business requirements, designing solution, configuration and setting up functionality in Oracle Fusion HCM modules as per business requirement. 4) Identify functional gaps and provide solutions. 5) Drive start-to-end changes and support UAT preparation and testing, project migrations as and when required. 6) Develop strong working relationships with business and project stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications : 1) Understanding of employment life cycle. 2) Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively across internal and external organizations. 3) Ambitious- and self-motivated- individual.
