Visier Analyst

Job Title : Visier Analyst Location : Bangalore Experience : 3 years Notice Period : Immediate We are seeking a Visier Analyst with over 3 years of experience, including at least 2.5 years of hands-on expertise with the Visier tool. This role requires deep understanding of data analytics and reporting, particularly within the Visier platform, to support and enhance HR analytics functions. Key Responsibilities : - Manage and maintain Visier analytics platform for HR-related data and reporting. - Work with HR teams to gather data requirements, develop dashboards, and generate insightful reports using Visier. - Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to help improve decision-making across HR functions. - Create custom analytics solutions to address specific business needs, leveraging the Visier tool. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security throughout the reporting process. - Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the use of Visier and support data-driven Skills : - Minimum of 2.5 years of experience working with the Visier analytics tool. - Strong proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and dashboard creation using Visier. - Knowledge of HR processes and people analytics. - Hands-on experience in designing custom reports and ensuring data integrity within the Visier platform. - Excellent understanding of HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, workforce demographics, etc. Preferred Qualifications : - Familiarity with other HR analytics tools and platforms is a plus. - Experience in HR analytics, people management, or data governance. - Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
