Documentum Application Support Engineer - OpenText

Job Description : OpenText Documentum - Highly desirable knowledge and hands on experience with OpenText Documentum D2, DA, Brava, CadCapture - Install, configure, and maintain Documentum servers and applications. - Oversee the organization, storage, and retrieval of documents. - Implement and enforce document management policies and procedures - Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting). - In depth Technical knowledge on Service Oriented Architecture - Web Services, REST, XML - Experience with cloud platforms and services. - Plan and execute system upgrades and patches. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices - Excellent customer facing skills - articulation, engagement, relationship building, strategic focus - Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset Mandatory Technical Skills (Pls provide the details : - Proficiency in Documentum D2, xCP, DFC, DQL, and RESTful services - Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE - Experience with SQL and database management - Experience in integrating Documentum with other enterprise systems (ref:hirist.tech)
