Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : - Independently own pre-sales activities, including POCs, demo delivery, and presentations. - Identify customer needs and pain points, developing solutions based on an analysis of business goals and objectives. - Collaborate with customers and internal technical teams to create customized solutions. - Lead the adoption of best practices around solution architecture, product design, quality, safety, integration, and performance. - Provide pre-sales support to the sales team during RFI/RFP stages, including drafting responses and developing ROI-maximizing solutions. - Work with the delivery team to create detailed solution design schedules and resource plans for implementation, including code reviews. - Actively participate in the end-to-end delivery operations cycle to validate and document the implementation of solutions as per the original architecture and design intent. - Manage the Salesforce enterprise delivery process and governance to ensure quality and compliance. Skillset Required : - 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting software applications (Salesforce/Java/Any CRM) with at least 2 years in an Architect or Technical Analyst role. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce standard products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. - Experience in cloud implementation. - Proficiency in solutioning, architecture, presales, consulting, and customer management. - Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer management and interactions with senior management. - Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a solid understanding of Salesforce products and services. - Proven ability to conduct effective pre-sales activities and deliver compelling presentations. - Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements and design appropriate solutions. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and implementation strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing customer relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Familiarity with coding and technical aspects of Salesforce, including Apex and APIs, is a plus. - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide team members and stakeholders. - Have the background to provide leadership in the practice and demonstrate effectiveness in consulting and client management. - Background in solving large and complex customer issues successfully by collaborating with senior leaders (customer and internal stakeholders) (ref:hirist.tech)
