Senior .Net Developer - C#/ASP/MVC

Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and SQL, with a proven ability to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications. You will be working on various projects involving both front-end and back-end technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications using C# and SQL Server. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices. - Develop and execute unit tests to ensure high-quality code. - Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data handling and reporting. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance and scalability. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across projects. - Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Work with version control systems (such as Git or TFS) for source code management. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies, and continuously improve coding practices and skills. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs when collaborating with front-end teams. Required Skills and Qualifications : - C# : At least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing applications using C#. - SQL : Strong proficiency in SQL, including creating complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance. - Experience with ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. - Familiarity with Entity Framework and other ORM frameworks. - Experience with Web Services (RESTful APIs, SOAP) and integration with external systems. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus. - Familiarity with version control tools like Git or TFS. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Skills : - Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Exposure to Unit Testing frameworks like MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Experience with microservices architecture and Docker is a plus.
