Engineering Lead - Network Architecture

Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities : - Monitor day-to-day operations and management for customer (LAN & WAN) Network infrastructure Architecture, Design & Engineering Lead. - Should have strong exp in Team Leading - Configuring, Troubleshooting & Maintaining DC LAN and DC Interconnect WAN Networks. - Manage and Maintain IP addressing schemes in Infoblox (IPAM) - Manage and Maintain DNS & DHCP services in Infoblox - Managing and monitoring Wireless Network infrastructure - Network protocol configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Provide inputs for Capacity Planning/ Migration/ Optimization / Future upgrade strategy based on the performance trend - On-Demand IOS & NS-OS Updating and hotfixes - Responsible for implementing best practice/hardening - Managing and monitoring of log files of network devices - Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports - Regular audit of network devices and take corrective action accordingly - Performance Management & Optimization - Should be able to lead P1 / P2 Outage Bridge call and resolve the issue to restore the services. - Root Cause Analysis - Coordination with multiple vendors - Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets. - Plan and schedule for change management. - Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents Desired candidate should have ; Technical Skills (Primary ) : - Routing : Meraki ( MX and vMX), BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, - Switching : Aruba Switches & Meraki Switches MS220 - Wireless : Aruba - IAP 325 & 305 & Meraki MR42 Product Knowledge : - Cisco Meraki MX, vMX, MS, MR, MT and Z product platforms - Aruba - Switch 2930f & Wireless IAP 325 & 305 - Aruba Airwave (ref:hirist.tech)
