Senior Salesforce Developer - OmniStudio

Title : Senior Salesforce (Omni studio) Developer Responsibilities : - Certificates required: Platform Developer I, II and Omni studio Developer is preferred. - 5 years' experience with Apex (Triggers, Classes, and Batch Classes) & Visualforce pages. - Good knowledge & understanding of Omniscript, Flexi pages, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures. - Have good hands-on Apex, Triggers, Platform events and Integrations using REST API. - Good Understanding of Custom Metadata, with dynamic create/update/delete. - Nice to have Health cloud experience. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning Interface Lightning/Flexi Page, Lightning Component (AURA), Lightning Web Component, Knowledge of Lightning System. - Experience implementing Salesforce with other applications using API's (SOAP/REST/BULK/.) - Declarative development Flows, Process Builder and Workflows. - Experience in Velocity card UI framework and Architecture (Digital and Service Layer) - Experience with Foundations of Omni studio (Omni script, Data raptor, Flex Card, Integration Procedure) is highly desired. - Ability to demonstrate applications and solve technical problems. - As a key contributor on a project team, guide customers through the implementation of Salesforce solutions. - Responsible for solution design & documentation. - Lead Customer-facing Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers' business, functional, and technological requirements. - Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements. - Document business requirements as part of the Technical Design Document in collaboration with Technical Architect. - Ensure acceptance criteria are defined for each story and own the design. - Develop training curriculum and deliver training sessions to the solution's end users. - Work with a Project Manager to manage a project to scope, budget, and timeline expectations. Additional Skills : - Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Good Knowledge in JSON, How does Integration work with Velocity. - Hands-on experience on developing omni scripts, different types of Data.
