As an ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support data warehousing and business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with data architects and other team members to ensure that data is processed and stored efficiently, meeting business requirements and performance standards. Roles & Responsibilities : - Develop, test, and implement ETL processes to support data integration and data warehousing solutions. - Design data models and database structures that ensure efficient storage and retrieval of data. - Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Perform data profiling and data quality assessments to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Implement data transformation and loading processes using ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or equivalent. - Troubleshoot ETL processes, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production issues. Requirements : Technical Skills : - 5-7 years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing. - Strong proficiency in ETL tools (e., Informatica, Talend) and SQL for data querying and manipulation. - Hands-on experience in data modeling, data transformation, and creating data pipelines. - Understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling and star schemas. - Familiarity with data quality and data governance practices. Educational Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field. - Soft Skills : Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
