Our client is an established fintech company with a strong regional footprint. Due to an internal move, there is now an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR leader to join them as its Human Resources Director support the business' growth and transformation agenda of one of its key business units.

Responsibilities

This is both a strategic and operationally hands on role partnering the Business Unit CEO and management team where you will provide strong HR leadership and direction to a regional HR team to deliver best-in-class HR services to make the business a talent magnet and employer of choice. You will be a valued and trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, with strong focus on organizational design, HR business partnering and advisory, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and culture building. You will challenge the status quo, and drive innovation in HR to "move the needle" by developing and delivering HR transformation and programs which provide measurable results to the business.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with relevant demonstrated track record in human resource leadership roles gained in fintech or high tech companies. You have experience supporting business transformations, and comfortable in working in VUCA environments. You will have developed best-in-class HR teams, and have experience working with remote teams. Fluency in Mandarin will be essential due to significant business presence in China and frequent communication with in-country stakeholders. You are innovative, future-focused, strategic yet highly hands on. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong presentation and communication skills.
