Research Manager (Real Estate)

Oversee APAC real estate forecasts, conduct in-depth research on commercial real estate market trends
Partnering with key stakeholders to understand business goals from research and analytics

Experience compiling data, producing forecasting & investment strategy reports

Producing Asia real estate research in conjunction with the global team

Writing analytical research and presenting real estate research themes

Interacting with clients/prospects, presenting at client events

You will be expected to take the lead and assume full responsibility as the key point of contact in the region, producing timely and accurate quarterly reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.

Identify opportunities to streamline research processes, improve data collection methods, and enhance the overall efficiency of the research function.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of research experience covering the real estate markets across APAC
Strong track record in forecasting and writing research reports to tight deadlines
Excellent academic training with a degree in real estate economics / Finance / Master’s / PhD

Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely

Team management (locally & regionally)

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.

Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, being a team player is essential

Intellectually curious about solving real-world questions using data.

Must have the right to work in Singapore (Singaporean / Singapore PR candidates will be priortised)
