Adobe Experience Platform Specialist - Configuration & Implementation

Role : Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Specialist Location : Pune, Experience : 4 years Job Type : Full-time Job Summary : We are seeking an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Specialist who will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing AEP solutions to enhance our customer experience and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AEP components, including Customer Data Platform (CDP), Real-time Customer Profile, Journey Orchestration, and Adobe Launch, and possess hands-on experience with data integration and activation. Key Responsibilities : AEP Implementation and Configuration : - Lead the implementation of AEP solutions, including data ingestion, customer profile management, and real-time customer data activation. - Configure AEP services like Journey Orchestration, Adobe Launch, and Real-time Customer Profile to support business requirements. Customer Data Management : - Work with Customer Data Platform (CDP) to consolidate, clean, and activate customer data across multiple touchpoints. - Build and maintain real-time customer profiles to deliver personalized experiences. Journey Orchestration and Activation: - Design and implement customer journeys using Journey Orchestration, ensuring seamless cross-channel experiences. - Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to execute data-driven campaigns. Data Integration and Tag Management : - Integrate AEP with various data sources (e.g., CRM, analytics, e-commerce platforms) for unified customer data. - Manage tag implementation and deployment using Adobe Launch for effective data collection . Reporting and Analytics : - Generate reports and dashboards to track customer engagement, campaign performance, and platform effectiveness. - Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing customer : Experience : - 3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform or similar digital marketing solutions. - Hands-on experience with AEP components like CDP, Journey Orchestration, Adobe Launch, and Real-time Customer Profile. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in data integration, tag management, and digital analytics. - Knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, and data management tools. - Familiarity with other Adobe products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Campaign is a plus. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
