Peoplesoft Developer - HCM Module

Job Title : PeopleSoft Developer Location : Hyderabad Experience : 5-7 years Shift : 11:00 PM 8:00 AM / 2:00 PM 11:00 PM. Notice Period : Immediate Joiner. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications (Core HR, NA Payroll) for both US and Canadian markets. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and implement custom configurations and integrations using PeopleTools. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable PeopleCode. - Utilize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes. - Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. - Participate in code reviews and adhere to development standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Document code and configuration changes. Essential Skills : - 5-7 years of experience with PeopleSoft v9.x, with a strong focus on HCM modules. - In-depth knowledge of Core HR and NA Payroll applications (US & Canada). - Proficiency in PeopleCode and SQL. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with PeopleTools integration and customization. - Knowledge of SQR and other scripting languages. - Experience working with PeopleSoft Security and fluid interfaces.
