BigTapp Analytics - UI/UX Designer - Photoshop/Illustrator

Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer at BigTapp Analytics in Hyderabad. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for tasks such as design thinking, user research, visual design, UX design, and prototyping on a day-to-day basis. Must Skills : Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Figma. Job Responsibilities : - 5 years of professional experience as a UX Developer. - Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Application Development business solution. - Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) that align with the overall design and branding guidelines. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate and validate design concepts and interactions. - Conduct user research activities, such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gain insights into user needs, behaviours, and preferences. - Analyse and synthesize user research findings to inform design decisions and iterate on UI/UX designs based on user feedback. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and understanding of user requirements and design objectives. - Advocate for user-centred design principles and ensure the user's perspective is considered throughout the product development lifecycle. - Conduct user testing sessions, both remote and in-person, to evaluate and validate the usability and effectiveness of UI/UX designs. - Analyse and interpret user testing results to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing the user experience. - Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them to deliver innovative and user-friendly designs. - Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs, providing guidance and support as Qualifications : - A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Proven experience in software development. - Good working knowledge with team at client location. - Excellent technical knowledge. - Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills. - Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. - Work from Office only.
