Overview : The Pega Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications, contributing to the overall success of projects in Noida or Hyderabad. This position is integral to ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of Pega applications to meet the organization's business objectives. Key responsibilities : - Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions. - Implement best practices for Pega application development. - Create and maintain technical documentation. - Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability. - Participate in system and user acceptance testing. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications. - Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices. - Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the Pega development team.
